This high-end furnished townhome is laid out to give every guest room to spread out. The ground floor has its own bedroom with a bunk and a queen air mattress. The main floor holds the kitchen, dining area, great room, and laundry. Upstairs, the primary suite and third bedroom each have their own bath.
The top floor is the real draw: a mini bar with a sink and fridge opens onto a private rooftop with a hot tub, a gas fire pit, string lights over a wood pergola, and an open view of Mt. Timpanogos. It's the kind of spot you plan an evening around.
